Migdal Emunah delivers life-saving support services across the UK Jewish community to children, women and men who have experienced sexual abuse. 

We are a small charity, approaching our tenth anniversary and have so far delivered services to over 600 adults and 50 children, who have been affected by sexual abuse. 

Our services are highly confidential, and we support people to rebuild their lives. Every year, Migdal Emunah needs in excess of £50,000 for therapeutic counselling, which requires highly trained specialist delivery and supervision. 

Every pound donated goes directly to services, as our paid staff work directly with clients and external counsellors to support clients to return to good health as soon as possible. 

Sexual abuse victims and survivors can be severely traumatised and require high levels of support over long periods of time to understand, make peace with what has happened and manage their trauma. 

Most sexual abuse happens to children, so the focus of our support and education is to prevent and educate families and communities on how to eradicate child sexual abuse.
