Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

A couple of years ago I took part in Extra Life, running an online 24 hour D&D session for charity - several of us wanted to do something similar but for a UK charity. As some of us have had family and friends suffer from dementia we chose that as our charity.

So on the 11th of Gnomevember (sorry there will be many puns involved) we shall be running Gnomegeddon!

Players will bring a party of gnome characters to face a deadly dungeon ran by me as the Dungeon Master, they all know I hate the gnome as a character class but the deal is if they survive I have to stop killing off their gnome characters for a year.

All partcipants are paying to take part and can either pay themselves or have sponsor donations to gain in game benefits (anything from extra items and equipment to dice re-rolls or even being raised from the dead to continue the adventure).

We also have one of our other players who has volunteered his services to draw your characters for donations on the day too.

So we're battling a disease that affects the mind by using ours in our own creative way.

As the DM (Dungeon Master) you can spnsor me to give the "bad guys" the following bonuses:

£1 re-roll a single dice

£5 allow a monster/enemy to avoid a killing blow once

£10 Revive an enemy/monster back to full starting ability once
