I have chosen to raise funds for the Royal British Legion which is a great cause and helps its members, some of whom are in dire need. I have ridden this twice previously when I was a bit younger and a bit fitter, but needed a challenge to kick start my fitness regime, and can’t think of a better cause to help whilst doing it. 

I know times are tough, but I am kindly asking family and friends for any donation whatsoever. Every penny helps and adds to the total amount raised by a group of like minded people. The charity helps over 90,000 people every year and needs funds to do so.
