My friend and college Andy Dickson was diagnosed with bowel cancer last October, he is a young man who has already gone through a great deal of treatment but remains a real inspiration to me and many others.

Swimming 2 miles will be a challenge but at the same time will be nothing like the challenge Andy has already faced along with many others in his position.

Please help me make my efforts worthwhile and help this charity continue the great work it does to highlight this type of cancer..
