As I reflect on my journey with Action Deafness (AD), it's hard to believe that nearly a year has passed since I joined this remarkable Charity. The experience has been a life-changing one, revealing to me how much I unknowingly took for granted as a hearing person before becoming involved with the Deaf Community.

With great excitement, I've decided to run my second half marathon, using this opportunity to raise funds and awareness for the incredible work carried out by AD.
