The second edition of Londons flattest 10k is returning to Fulham on Sunday November 17th. 50 FFC runners will take to the streets of Fulham to support the great work of Fulham FC Foundation.

Story

This year I am running to remember Abi and Zara and in aid of the girls bursary set up in their name. A bursary for underprivileged girls to receive financial support for coaching fees, kit and equipment, allowing girls that may not get the chance to access the appropriate Fulham Foundation programmes to start playing football, meet new friends and grow in confidence.

I am also running to support my friend Henry and his daughter Orla. Soon after Orla was born, it become apparent that she had contracted Cytomegalovirus or CMV, a devastating virus that can cause significant damage to babies in the womb leaving them with a multitude of disabilities. In the case of Orla she has been left deaf and with a degree of brain damage the full extent of which is still unknown. Henry is aiming to raise £50,000 for CMV Action and is in the process of completing some incredible challenges, which my 10k does not even come close too, but every little helps.

50% of what I raise is going to each cause and if I complete the 10k in 55 minutes or less, I will match fund the full amount raised and donate this towards other Foundation programmes.

If you would like 100% donated to one of the causes, please let me know.

Thank you for your support.
