SUGARLOAF CHALLENGE

10 o'clock start
Several of South Wales' Healthy Hearts Clubs are combining to walk up to the summit of Sugarloaf on
the weekend after Mayday this year.
All are welcome including families and friends and strangers.
If you're interested, contact Mike or Rhian and get your name and contact details on the list. You will
be sent full entry details and requirements.
You may choose to raise sponsorship for; the British Heart Foundation, or another charity of your
choice. Or maybe you're just taking part as a personal challenge?
All exercise will be safely undertaken in accordance with BACPR guidelines.
