I will be completing the Prudential Ride London 100 mile cycle ride for the second time this August.

My father personally selected the Stroke Association for my fundraising last year as a charity which has long been close to our family's hearts.

He sadly passed away on the 10th April this year. I will once again be raising funds for the Stroke Association in his honour.
