This year is my year of pain because pain is part of every day life for many people with cancer, my effort is nothing compared to what so many people go through every day in the fight against this disease.

My events are as follows. Triathlons, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Blenheim, Allerthorpe, Bedford, The Jenson Button Trust (2 in a day!), Castle Howard and Leeds, then there is the Great North Run and finally the Yorkshire Marathon. Please help me in the fight against cancer.
