Last year I took on the Liverpool City Centre Zipwire in aid of FACT’s work with young people, raising a fantastic £1500. This year I’m taking it a step further, or a couple of hundred feet further: I’m throwing myself out of a plane (with a parachute of course) in aid of FACT! This is part of Super September, a month of fundraising from FACT staff and supporters.

FACT brings communities, art and creative technology together. We inspire and nurture the next generation of artists, engineers, designers and directors through coding clubs, BFI accredited filmmaking courses and school projects. FACT’s work with elderly and veteran groups builds confidence, unlocks artistic talent and encourages creative communities. Each year FACT projects work with over 2000 people from across Merseyside - one of the most deprived areas in the country.
