We have chosen the NSPCC for our Charity of the Year for the 2nd year running and are aiming to raise a whopping £3,000 for this incredible charity! Please help us in doing so :)

Kicking off proceedings is the 5k inflatable course on 13th July.

Then our Practice Manager will be walking over Hot Coals!!

And to finish off we have our Director and a couple of Therapists taking part in the Gherkin Challange.

We have some extremely terrified volunteers so please give all you can and make this as worth while as possible.
