I am raising money for research into Pancreatic Cancer.  My sister in law and the Aunt of my sons, Alun and Rhys, died from this disease at the age of only 52.  Her death had a profound effect on Tracey's family.  The aim is to raise money so that other families might be spared this.

The Williams family are now expanding this into a family Iron Man.  I will cycle 100 miles in the Ride London event together with 54 miles in the south Derbyshire sportive and 65 miles in the National Forest spring classic and my 2 sons, Rhys and Alun, will swim 5 kilometres and run a half marathon and a series of 10km events.
