As some of you are aware I lost my mum three years ago to a stroke we also lost Pat Ivory in 2014 to cancer.
As I have mentioned this year Trifits-u are going to participate in raising money for two Charities,Stroke Association and Saint Raphael's Hospice Sutton.
My main charity event will be the Stroke Association bike ride in which  I will be participating to raise money for the charity.
Trifits-u will also be participating in other events to raise money for both charities we look forward to some of you participating with us.
