I'm running the FC United Minithon on Sunday 18th October at Chorlton Water Park.  I wouldn't normally ask for charity donations for a run but since this one is going to such a good cause I thought I'd make an exception.

MedEquip4Kids was founded in 1985 by the parents of a baby girl suffering from meningitis and nursed back to health at Booth Hall Children's Hospital.  MedEquip4Kids now works with medical staff, play therapists, community nurses, the ambulance service and other registered charities to provide equipment and improve the environment in hospitals across the North West.

The start and finish is at Brookburn Road car park, Chorlton, M21 8EH and the run is about 5.8km round Chorlton Water Park.  The course record is 19 minutes and while I think I can get in the low 20s I'm not sure I'll be able to beat that.
