Our father passed away on 21st May 2020. Unfortunately we are unable to have a memorial until later in the year. However his Funeral for Direct Family only is on Wednesday 24th June 2020 at 2pm. Please pause for thought at that time. 

If you would like to pay your respects and salute Mike, he will be passing through the village and by 1st Cheam Scout HQ in Malden Road beforehand (sometime after 1pm). 

Mike was in Scouting from cubs and grew up through the ranks until he was the longest reigning 1st Cheam Group Scout Leader from 1982-2000. He was also in the Royal Marines and worked for BT for over 40 years. He loved the community of Scouting as well as his family. Unfortunately he suffered quite a bit over the years and was a big supporter of BHF which is why we have chosen this charity. He finally suffered with Vascular Dementia which BHF are continuing to research so please help us support them to help others.
