Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am delighted to be part of Oswestry Rugby Club's 'Ruck Over Cancer' Challenge. We all know that cancer is a horrible disease that will effect everyone at some point in their lives, either personally or via a friend or loved one. As a close knit community club we were rocked this season when two mum's from our junior section were diagnosed with breast cancer and our legendary Club President, Martin Ord (Ordy), diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime. Prostate Cancer UK has a bold ambition: to stop prostate cancer limiting men's lives and it’s through funding research that we can all help make this happen. Please give whatever you can afford and together we will help reach this goal.
