My mate Olly and I are doing the London to Paris Bike ride on a tandem! ( Only Joking but I know Olly wanted to do this !)  We will be getting the lycra going and jumping into the sandle for 4 days, staying away from the booze ;) and in my case generally trying not to collapse on the first day! Olly the iron man will however take this in his stride and probably drink a pint of Guinness at each pub on the way! This is all organised by us and not part of a event so we may well end up in spain. :)
