In memory of Joseph Power
Story
For the past year I have volunteered as a befriender to Joseph Power - nonagenarian, Waltham Forest resident, decorated RAF veteran and all-round gentleman.
Joe sadly passed away peacefully on the 12th February 2023, and in his honour I am fundraising for Age UK Waltham Forest for whom I volunteer.
Age UK provide support, companionship and advice to older people who need it most. They are a strong voice, campaigning with and for older people to champion their rights, needs and wishes.
It's a fantastic cause and your help will go a very long way to providing support.
