Story

Please help me to raise money to support the 100+ people diagnosed with MS each week. The money I raise during my mission will ensure that the MS Trust continues to be there for those people from day one, and every day after.

I've recently been diagnosed with MS but looking back I've probably had it for years. I want to raise awareness of the disease and help others through their diagnosis and management of their symptoms.

There is still a lot of work to do in the research and treatment of the disease and MS Trust has been a great charity in helping me decide on my own treatment and providing me with resources to help me understand MS and how it affects me mentally and physically. So this is why I've chosen the MS Trust to raise money for.

Plus I feel that if I don't give myself a running challenge I'm in danger of giving up running altogether. My energy levels aren't what they were and I've been struggling with the motivation to get out there and run. I don't know if it's a psychological thing or just that I've gotten out of practise, I guess this challenge may tell.
