In March I'll be running the Brighton Half Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer's society. Between 2023-24 we lost both my Grandad and Grandpa, both of whom suffered with Alzheimer's and dementia. Alzheimer's doesn't just affect one person - it affects everybody who loves them, and the impact on our family was profound.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives - they do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and by providing hope for the future by funding ground-breaking research. Any donations to this amazing cause are very greatly appreciated.
