I’ve just joined the “hearts4heard Board” Team and will be taking part in #MillionBeats

Between now and the 18^th of May, our team will aim to raise 1 million heart beats through exercise.

I am now asking for your help and seeking 1 cent per beat sponsorship from family, friends and colleagues.

My individual target is to “raise 1,666 heart beats” or in dollar terms, that’s $1,666 over the next 3 weeks! 

Any amount, great or small, will be appreciated and will go towards the fantastic work that hearts4heart do in supporting, educating and empowering those with heart disease.
