In 2011 I ran 10km  10,000m - I managed to raise £45 and I have not been for a run since.

This year I want to raise more - so I have set the bar at 1000km or 1,000,000m.  Clearly this is going to take more than one run - even at 10k a run that's 100 runs, or two a week for the whole of 2017. Please make it worthwhile and help me support people with mental health issues.
