I have been running marathons for JDRF ever since our beautiful daughter Millie was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2014. She deals with it amazingly but of course it is a daily battle so the more work JDRF can do towards finding the cure the better! 

We have met so many other parents and children dealing with the daily finger pricks, injections and carb counting. Recently, my good friend and neighbour's daughter Evie was also diagnosed with type 1 so this gives me even more determination to raise vital funds!

Please donate whatever you can spare, every penny really does count towards a better life for Millie, Evie and thousands of children like them who are also living with type 1 diabetes.
