My birthday is on the 15th of October, and this year I would like to use my birthday to raise money for the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, based in Northwood, UK. They do incredible work ensuring those with cancer (and other serious conditions) are diagnosed quickly, and are monitored during their treatment. They use high quality scanning technology, which costs thousands to run, and they also conduct ongoing research in order to improve the lives of patients. They are independent and therefore rely on ongoing donations to provide this care, and is a charity is extremely close to my family, and have provided a direct positive impact on us.
