Having worked in renal services as a nurse for the past 30 years, I have seen the impact kidney disease, dialysis and transplantation have upon people's lives. 
The charity CWKPA offers a range of support to patients and their families. Without their help and tireless fundraising, we would not be able to offer the services we do.
I am raising money as I would like to give something back to say thank you for all their hard work, whilst raising awareness of this fantastic charity.
