I am raising money for the Alzheimer's Society - so please lend me a hand :)

No need to talk about the facts about Alzheimer's, all you really need to know is you're supporting a good cause if you share this page, spread the word, donate a few quid or even raise a few quid yourself.

I'm putting myself through a few events which I hope are worthy of a small donation:

• London to Brighton Night Ride ~60 miles July
• Spartan Race ~8 mile run with obstacles August
• London to Paris ~300miles September.
  

Likelihood is that if you haven't met someone in your lifetime with Alzheimer's you will... so donate a few pennies and I'm sure it will be well spent.
