We want to spark conversations about anxiety, stress, and mental health. Not scary, unapproachable conversation, but a normal, everyday type of chat - the type you already have about your job, the news, what you watched on TV last night.
We hope Mind-full Supper will become a never-ending chain of supper clubs that spread our message, get people talking, whilst also raising much needed funds for the charity Mind.
Wherever you are in the world you can get involved. The type of event you host is totally up to you - think dinner party, BBQ, cocktail evening…all you can eat buffet!
All that matters is that everyone who attends donates to Mind and hopefully vows to host their own soon after.
