We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

The Surrey Teen Summit is a local community group in Surrey that started in 2015. We run workshops and events to young people to empower them to be more resilient and comfortable in their own skin. Our aim is to inspire young people to have self-confidence and be able to 'own' who they are.

The 30 day mindfulness diary is a simple tool to help shift your mindset towards optimism and positive thinking. We have fundraised for Teenage Cancer Trust since 2011 and wish this journal to be inspiring for teens from teens. It works as well for teens as adults and the idea is that you spend some time every day reflecting on positive things as well as how you feel.

You can get the journal at the Luck's Yard Clinic and we also has a online  download here:

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.
