Fundraising for York Mind (Incorporating Our Celebration) Ltd
Story
In recent estimates, 1 in every 8 people, or 970 million people around the world were living with a mental health issue, and it may not always be obvious when our friends, family or colleagues are feeling blue.
It is more important than ever to raise awareness about mental health; to check in with our colleagues and to find out how the people around us are really feeling.
In order to raise money for York and South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind branches to support their ongoing work raising awareness and supporting the mental health of their local areas, I will be growing out my mullet for Mind!
