www.miniclip.com have been crucial in enabling us to participate in this spectacular 3 hour beach endurance race. We would like to ask as many of you as possible to dig deap and donate as much or as little as you can to help us raise some money for the Help For Heroes charity.

This is seriously tough event and many of our friends who recieve this link will know how tough it is. For those of you that don't then check out the internet and search under "weston beach race". There are hundreds of vidoes and photos online to give you an idea what 1000+ bikes racing for 3 hours on a beach track is like.

Paul and I are also taking part in The Great West Run - half marathon in Exeter on May 1st. This will also be run in aid of Help For Heroes and so will give you all more reason to donate.
