Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Mason, I am four years old and my mummy says I was born extra special.

I have a rare genetic condition called 1p36 deletion syndrome. Mummy and Daddy were told that I might never walk, talk or have the ability to live a "normal life"  no one really knew what I would be capable of  - and yet here I am rocking it!

Through the sheer determination of my parents (and lots of other very important people) and how dedicated they are to making my life as awesome as possible I can now communicate, walk and even run!

We want to do something to help the people that have helped us so much and allow them to continue doing the work that is so vital to families like ours.

So we have decided to take part in the junior great North run.

We are hoping to raise lots of pennies for my school (Hadrian school).

Without the support of Hadrian School, Heel and Toe Children's charity and Vitality Chiropractic; life would be a lot more difficult for us.

We would love it if you could support us, even the smallest amount of money would be greatly appreciated and go towards making lives
like mine that little bit easier.

We hope will do you proud on our run, and will send a cute picture of me after the race. (Surely that's enough in its self for you to part with a £1)

Lots of Love
