Welcome and thank you for visiting our page
Many of us at some stage have been touched by someone close to us who has been affected by cancer. Ayrshire Cancer Support has been offering emotional support and practical help to the people of Ayrshire since 1982. Many of you will know someone who has been supported through the hospital transport service which helps transport many people every day to receive treatment picking them up from their homes. The range of services include counselling, support groups and complimentary services. Why not visit http://www.ayrshirecs.org/ for more information on the work of this great charity.
In recognition of this work, a group of 40 people have come together supported by Ayr Banntynes to create a special fundraising event that is both helpful to the work of the charity and memorable for everyone who takes part.....
On the 23 January 2016, Gru, Agnes, Edith and 35 Minions... Yes, 35 people all dressed as minions from the film Despicable Me will take to Ayr Banntynes gym and take in part in an intensive 1 hour Body Attack class.
Preparation for this has been huge and has highlighted what people can achieve when they come together and combine their skills and resources.
We would invite you to become part of this event by contributing to the work of Ayrshire Cancer Support through sponsorship. Please follow our story as we will keep this site updated on our progress.
Our sincere thanks for your time and support.
The Body Attack Crew.
