On June 20th 2015 I will be completing the Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon.  This isn’t something I am just completing for fun, it is all for a fantastic cause. As many of you may know, my dear cousin Lara lost her battle to cancer in March this year. She was an exceptional woman, outrageously funny and someone who lived life to the absolute full. In the last few months of her life, Lara was supported by the Critical Care Unit at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London, who were amazing. The money I raise will go straight towards the Critical Care Unit and will help support patients and their families, throughout their fight against cancer. Many of you have already donated generously, but for anyone who hasn’t, or if you wish to dig a bit deeper into your pockets, then please do. Together, let’s help to raise as much as we can for this extremely worthwhile cause.
