"On Sunday 5th September I will be completing the Nidderdale Charity Walk, which is 8 miles long, with some of my family. I have chosen to raise money for Young Minds, a charity that provides advice and support for young people struggling with their mental health. It's not a large scale event but I'd love to raise some money for Young Minds because there is still lots of stigma surrounding mental health and it's a very important issue."
