On 13 October,  I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Starfish Greathearts Foundation, an international development charity which aims to bring life, hope and opportunity to children in southern Africa who have been orphaned or made vulnerable through HIV/AIDS. One of my running goals continues to be to give back more - hopefully my enjoyment of running can actually cause some positive change in the world.
