Hi all

Here is a short explanation why i have sent you this: I have been cycling with San Fairy Ann Cycle Club a little while now, in sun and snow every week (well nearly), for my own hedonistic pleasure and for fear of losing fitness ( no one wants to be the weakest link on a club ride!)

Some of my friends have reason to be involved with the Hospice and a few years ago some of you may have sponsored my 200k ride, our little group of 10 and you raised £10 000.

I am going to have to do a bit more to earn your money this time, in the form of a 500 mile cycle to Wales and back in 6 days over the Jubilee Bank Holidays again with a group.
