In celebration of turning 40 in October 2020 I had signed up to complete 3 running events this year. Having completed a 10km and my first ever half marathon on my own during lockdown, I am now running my first ever full marathon - the Virtual London Marathon.

Everyday at the hospice I’m inspired by my patients and their families. Listening to their stories and learning so much from them. Life truly is a privilege and as I move into my 40s I hope to embrace every opportunity I get!

The amazing Wirral Hospice team have continued to deliver palliative care to the people of the Wirral throughout difficult times this year. Unfortunately the hospice has been hard hit by so many fundraising events having been cancelled so please dig deep, and donate what you can afford. Every penny helps us!
