To celebrate 25 years of Jack and Jill in the community why not host a Summer Afternoon Tea fundraiser? A great opportunity to get together with friends, family, neighbours or workmates. Showcase your baking talents and raise a cuppa to salute the 412 families across Ireland receiving vital Jack and Jill home nursing and end of life care. Thank you

About the charity

Jack and Jill funds and provides in-home nursing care for children with highly complex medical conditions up to the age of six and provide end of life care for children under six, regardless of the diagnosis. Parents call the service the ‘gift of time'.
