Action for M.E. works to end the ignorance, injustice and neglect people with M.E. experience. Our children's services offer support and information to children and young people with M.E., their families and carers carrying on the vital work of AYME, the Association of Young People with M.E.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Swanbourne Endeavour is not about clocking up record breaking times – though speedy competitors should feel free to go as fast as they like. It is more about doing your best, looking out for each other and spurring each other on – and, not forgetting, having great time. It's a messy event with 5km covered by the Mirus team, going through obstacles such as the "Damned Hollanders Swamp" or the "Bilge Rat Run". It's going to be tough and it's going to be messy but we're doing it for a good cause so please dig deep and help us achieve our sponsorship target.
