Mindfulness is the practice of connecting your body and mind which strengthens the area of your brain responsible for attention & concentration.

Glass walking is a different energy to fire walking, it has been described as the purist form of meditation there is.
Glass walking is an embodiment experience, learning through the body, stimulating your mind, self belief, empowering yourself to believe in you.

Having worked with various charities over the years to bring together events, gifting, sponsored walks and even books.
