Most of us have been touched by cancer (or the Big C as I prefer to call it!) at some point - I myself lost my Nan to the disease and she was only 59 years old when she passed. It happened nearly fifteen years ago but I'm still affected by it :(

Recently a couple of work colleagues have battled and survived so this marathon walk for Cancer Research is for them and all the others that have fought - hopefully one day - with enough research we'll be rid of this dreadful disease once and for all
