Hey! I’m Charlotte, or as most of you know me, Miss Greedy on Instagram 🤍 it’s no secret than i suffer from a mental health disorder called BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and i use my instagram to keep myself motivated and busy, lately, i’ve found myself in a bit of a pit, that i can’t seem to pick myself up out of, sometimes i bounce back quite easily, other time’s it can take me weeks, sometimes months to get back to my Happy Self, and even though i know alcohol is known as one of the worst depressant’s, i’ve found myself drinking a-lot more than usual & a-lot more often than i should. I’ve never EVER gone a month without alcohol, i don’t think i’ve ever gone a week actually! 🙈 so this will be a huge challenge for me, but i’m determined to do it for my own mental state & whilst doing so, raise money for the amazing Charity - Mind. Mind are a mental health charity that is very close to my heart & i’d love to give something back to an Organisation that has helped me over the years, my whole life i’ve wondered why i’m so different, why my personality can chop & change within a split second, i’ve learnt to accept myself for who i am lately & i’ve learnt ways to cope with my own mental health issues without taking any medication or going to any counselling. Drinking is probably the worst thing for me, and takes me to the side i despise being on, it’s probably the ONLY thing holding me back when i’m so far ahead, if you want to join in with me and do Sober October with Greedy, wether its for yourself, or for a loved one who’s struggling, i’d LOVE for you to take part too! I’m going to donate the first £100 myself, as that’s what I’ve estimated i spend on wine a month! (Minimum) We can do this together if you’re needing some motivation too! It takes a strong person to admit their struggling, and an even stronger person to do something about it,  I’m doing this for my Magical Brain, do it for yours too x
