Hey Guys,

Thanks for visiting my page. I am running The London marathon 2019 for my own achievement but also to raise money for Mind the mental health charity. For me,my dad done this in 2000 and done a decent time of 3:43 and I’m looking to beat that, just evolution and bragging rights. On behalf of Mind this is a charity that I feel I could really get behind. The field of mental health is in its infancy and needs exploring in my opinion. I believe that no one is immune to such problems, I’ve had my own, two people I knew of in the running community who outwardly projected positive and happy lives committed suicide. People on anti depressants is far common now then ever and doing some research and there is some quite shocking statistics. It’s difficult to truly understand what is going on in another human beings mind and this charity does it’s best to reach out and help so I believe that as the years go on and we gain more of an understanding in neuroscience  these guys importance will continue to grow, I would like to support that with everybody’s help the money raised will make a difference going forward.
