Story
On the 25th May myself & El Fegan set off to walk the length of Ireland. We will be walking an average distance of 26.6 miles per day - 13 days walking and 2 rest days, walking from Mizen Head to Malin Head!
Why? Probably because we are both just a wee bit crazy and also ‘why not’?
But more importantly, we are walking to raise money for the National Suicide Research Foundation and for Mindwise, charities that both do important work to address mental health issues and to understand suicide.
This walk is in memory of family and friends who have lost their lives to suicide and also for those who have, & do, suffer mental health issues.
