Starting 8th May 2019, I'm taking part in SIA's 3-day cycling challenge covering 170 miles( 270 kmk) across 4 countries (Croatia, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia).  

My wife Christa - herself spinally injured - is a Vice-Chair and Trustee of the SIA.  I have experienced the total commitment and dedicated of all involved in this charity, and know that they make a huge difference to those affected by spinal injuries and their families.  

I'm paying my own costs so 100% OF FUNDS RAISED go straight to SIA!
