Story
"Every day 10 families are told the devastating news that their child has cancer. CLIC Sargent is there from the point of diagnosis and helps the whole family cope with the impact of cancer and its treatment and, in some cases, bereavement."
My family and I received the heart-breaking, life changing news in September 2010 that our 5 year old son Lucas had Leukaemia. Lucas is now 67 weeks into 170 weeks of chemotherapy. He has endured so much yet he remains happy and brave and continues to inspire us and others around us to keep going, stay strong and raise awareness and money for charities like CLIC Sargent. I am going to run the Milton Keynes Marathon on April 29th 2012 to help raise money for CLIC Sargent. This charity have supported us practically and emotionally since Lucas was first diagnosed. I would really appreciate any help you can give. Please donate as much as you can and share this page to help me raise awareness about this amazing Children's Cancer Charity.
