Luke, Eleri and I will be running the Cardiff 10K in September in memory of Luke's Dad, Steve Midgley who was diagnosed with MND at the age of 42.

Motor Neurone Disease is a cruel and debilitating degenerative neurological disease and more research is needed to understand the condition and hopefully find a cure  for it.
