UPDATE: We're not going to make it to Tokyo; we've had to change our plans (many times!) and are now finishing our trip by visiting East Africa. We're so excited for something completely different!

**We've been blown away by your generosity - thank you so much! We've increased our target to £7,000, it would be so epic if we could raise that much. Thank you. 

We're Matt and Coco and we're so excited for our plans to pedal our way through the Eurasian continents! We're hoping to cycle 12,000 km through roughly 20 countries over the course of a year, hopefully ending up in Tokyo (or thereabouts, COVID permitting!). We'd love for you to partner with us on our journey - we're raising money for the epic charity Mercy Ships.

Mercy Ships is a charity that operates a fleet of hospital ships that partner with governments of developing countries with the ambition of eradicating 'diseases of poverty'. They have a 3 step plan to do this:

1. Offering direct medical care and surgery to local people;

2. Training and mentoring local health professionals; and

3. Improving healthcare infrastructure.

We will be covering our own costs throughout, so all money donated will go directly to Mercy Ships.
