On May 20th, I will be walking/running/crawling 26 miles up Dale and down Dale to raise money to support this fantastic organisation on the Ingleborough Challenge.

The Cave Rescue Organisation (CRO) provides a Cave, Mountain and Animal Rescue Service in the 3 Peaks and Malham area of the Yorkshire Dales. The organisation is a charity and the team is made up entirely of volunteers. In order to operate the rescue service, the team has to raise all their own funds and the largest annual event to do this is the "CRO Ingleborough Challenge".This year's event will take place on the 20th May 2023 and there will be limited numbers for this event, so please book your place early.There are 2 challenges that you can register for:1. The Ingleborough Marathon which you can run or walk it - 26 miles2. The Clapham Circuit again you can walk it or run it - 12 milesEveryone will receive a medal and a certificate with their time that it took them to complete the event.Why not get sponsored to raise additional funds for the CRO, or if you want, for another organisation of your choice?For further information please contact us on crochallenge@gmail.com
