So every year i try and do something crazy for Cynthia Spencer and this year i have decided to abseil down the express lift tower but just to make it a little more crazy in 2021 ive decided to do it on my 30th birthday!!!

I am Tackling the Tower by abseiling 418 feet to help raise valuable funds for Cynthia Spencer Hospice on their 45th Birthday year.As a charity, they need to raise £3 every minute to continue to provide specialist palliative care to their patients and families in our local community. Please help by sponsoring my abseil so the care team can be there for another 45 years!
